Spring Time at Bluefin Bay

Spring Time at Bluefin Bay Ahhh ... "spring green" one of my favorite colors. It hints of summer bonfires by the lake, and the Bluefin sailboat returning to its mooring. Spring arrived a few weeks late this year, so we've extended some of our spring specials. Make the trip now ... spring green doesn't last long.

Food & Wine Lovers Weekend

Annual Spring Food & Wine Lovers Weekend Bluefin´s annual Spring Food & Wine Lovers Weekend (held May 2-3) was a delight to the senses for a sell-out crowd. As the Lake Superior waves crashed against the shore, the Bluefin Grille team and Guest Chef Stephen Trojahn, Executive Chef at Cosmos Restaurant and Graves 601 Hotel in Minneapolis, brought spring to life in a four-course dinner on Friday night and a five-course dinner Saturday.

Each delicious course was perfectly paired with a wine that complimented the dish, courtesy of Johnson Brothers Liquor. While guests savor an experience they won't soon forget, we will be planning our next event. If you want to mark your calendar, Fall Food and Wine Lovers Weekend is Nov. 7th & 8th. Like our spring event, the fall event will be co-sponsored by Mpls. St. Paul Magazine.

Enjoy the wine and the view
