Title: Senior Interior Designer 

Job Description:
Develop and complete conceptual designs of interior spaces for resort development; Prepare schematic design and develop design solutions; Utilize CAD software to create detailed interior design floor plans and space programming; Work with management team and owners to understand the design projects and specifications by producing graphic presentations, including mood boards, finish boards, 3D renderings, and 3D walkthrough videos; Execute interior design plans and illustrate final plans with CAD software; Select material needed for furniture, fixtures, and equipment packages upon owners and resort management approval; Plan and prepare timelines, cost estimates, and bid documents for projects; Perform site inspection and oversee the installation of materials, furniture, and other design elements to ensure client satisfaction. **** Work is at Employer's Headquarters Office at 7192 W Highway 61, Tofte, MN 55615 with travel to project site visits lasting 2 to 6 hours within 50 miles of company headquarters 4 times per month and no other travel involved.
Minimum Requirements:  
Master's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a closely related field, plus 6 months of experience in any occupational title involving the preparation of interior design drawings using computer-aided design (CAD). Must possess 6 months of experience in each of the following: Creating technical drawings and illustrations; Preparing schematic designs; Performing interior design programming and space planning; Creating floor plan layouts drawings; Preparing cost estimates for interior design projects; Selecting and procuring materials for interior design projects; Conducting construction site inspections to ensure the project meets interior design specifications; Working with computer-aided design (CAD) software such as AutoCAD or ArchiCAD; Working with video editing and presentation software such as Adobe Premiere Pro or Davinci Resolve; Working with picture editing and presentation software such as Photoshop or Illustrator; and Working with 3D rendering software such as Lumion, Twinmotion, Enscape, Vray, 3Ds Max, or BIMx.
