BLUEFIN GRILLE: Experience a sophisticated yet casual atmosphere while savoring the most breathtaking views on the Shore and enjoying our regionally inspired cuisine. Starters like Duck and Bacon Wontons, Blackened Walleye Cakes, or the Smoked Salmon Roll will get your appetite going as you sit back, sip on a cocktail and enjoy the view. There's something for everyone from signature burgers, soups, and salads to entrees like Pan Fried Walleye and Venison Tenderloin. COHO CAFE & BAKERY: Kick back and relax with an espresso and a scone or enjoy a glass of wine and dinner in our North Shore bistro. Sample the award-winning pizza, fresh homemade breads, or one of our specialty soups, salads and entrees. Coho Cafe is also your morning stop for fueling your body before a day of adventure. Gitchi-Gami French Toast, Breakfast Burrito, Poached Egg Potato Skillet, or the Biscuits and Wild Rice Sausage Gravy are just a few of our favorite pre-hike meals!

WAVES CAFE: Located at Surfside on Lake Superior, Waves of Superior Café offers breathtaking views of Lake Superior in a sunny, serene setting that complements our signature Waves of Superior Spa. Enjoy your morning coffee on our sun deck or join us in the deli-style café for a freshly prepared salad, signature sandwich, or pizza.
